Challenge & Approach:

SSyntax was expanding into new verticals, but industry pages were missing — leaving gaps in credibility and tailored positioning.

Partnered with the content team to introduce new industry landing pages. Designed layouts that maintained brand consistency while tailoring messaging. Curated visuals (images + videos) that highlighted consumer industries and reinforced trust.

My Role (Sr. Web Strategist & Experience Architect)

DDefined KPIs: engagement rate, scroll depth, CTA conversion, resource downloads, and SEO keyword rankings for industry terms.

Information Architecture: structured the pages into consistent, repeatable sections (hero, priorities, case study, resources, CTA).

User Experience Strategy: designed for quick scanning (execs), deeper dives (IT buyers), and credibility reinforcement (case studies, partnerships).

Project Details:

Clients needed a clear, engaging way to assess their cloud readiness. The old approach lacked visibility and didn’t drive users into deeper engagement.

Designed and launched a new homepage banner that introduced the “7-Minute Cloud Assessment.” Built a streamlined flow including a responsive assessment form and a branded thank-you page.

The new flow drove stronger lead capture and positioned Syntax as a trusted advisor in cloud strategy. The thank-you page created a seamless post-conversion touchpoint for follow-up.
